Nicolo Jenoel Mora is a licensed civil engineer with extensive experience in structural engineering design, construction, and project management.
Nicolo's professional journey began at DCCD Engineering Corporation, where he specialized in flood control and flood studies in the environmental division. At BK Asia Pacific, he gained expertise as a quantity surveyor, managing detailed material estimates for large-scale developments. His tenure at Aromaeda Marketing/Builders involved overseeing nationwide construction projects as a contractor, ensuring operational efficiency and timely completion. As Head Civil Engineer at CVM Land, Nicolo directed land development initiatives, combining strategic planning with engineering excellence. At San Miguel Corporation Infrastructure - MRT 7, Nicolo plays a pivotal role in the PMO Department, focusing on structural design and overseeing key infrastructure projects.

Jemannoel Mora is a corporate lawyer and certified public accountant (CPA) with expertise in taxation, audit, financial accounting, and legal matters. He began his career as an Audit Associate at SGV & Co. (a member firm of Ernst & Young), handling financial audits and advisory for listed and private companies. After earning his Juris Doctor degree, he joined SyCip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan Law, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, taxation, intellectual property, and international trade.
He later transitioned to a full-service firm, working with multinational clients on regulatory compliance and legal transactions, and served as in-house counsel for a leading real estate developer, managing special projects, tax, and intellectual property issues. Additionally, he is an adjunct professor at a top accountancy school in the Philippines.

Russell Stanley Geronimo is a distinguished corporate lawyer, finance professional, and academic, serving as founder and CEO of both Geronimo Law and Strago, a finance and accounting firm. With experience across private practice (big law, midsize, solo, in-house) and top-level government roles (Office of the President, Senate, House of Representatives, and Supreme Court), his expertise spans M&A, banking, securities, public-private partnerships, and state-owned enterprises.
Notably, Geronimo advised the World Bank on a PhP1 billion innovation fund and contributed to major transactions, including the Uber-Grab deal, KKR’s acquisition of Metro Pacific hospitals, and national infrastructure PPPs. His regulatory work has shaped policies on nuclear energy, economic zones, and constitutional economic provisions. As an academic, he teaches law and finance across multiple universities and authored "Law and Finance," influencing corporate governance and foreign investment policies. His groundbreaking work has supported legislation, securities litigation in the U.S., and critical reforms in the Philippine financial sector.
